The water bottle in the woman's hand on the left is NOT from the machine. Clearly, the water inside the machine is not safe for human consumption (although in many parts of the world, water from polluted rivers is the only type of water available...)
Scrolling marquee on the machine reads, "Enjoy Refreshing Natural FensWater."
